The First Cozy Home

This is our first flip baby! We won the auction and had so much work to tackle. The home needed some serious TLC. We completely gutted the kitchen and bathroom. Installed new flooring, gave the exterior a total facelift with a new awning, all new landscaping in the front and back, a new roof and siding. We ran into many unexpected roadblocks throughout the process but the end result was totally worth it! I staged the home when putting it on the market and featured pieces from the Curate Your Cozy collection.
