was out of sorts to say the least. Beautiful home in the historical district of Ladds Edition was a challenge considering this space was broken up into three different designated rooms. All of those space were small and cramped. Combining the kitchen, breakfast nook and the and dining area we were able to create a large open space that accommodates all of our clients needs. We worked very hard and were able to capitalize on all of the square footage allotted.
